TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Guests making reservations are deemed to have accepted these conditions.

- We do not allow guests to bring their own tents or caravans. Accommodation is only available in our own units.
- All our accommodation units are pet-friendly.
- Check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. The period between 12:00 and 15:00 is reserved for cleaning the caravans and preparing them for new guests. Guests may arrive early and spend time in our garden or at Mona Cafe.
- The prepayment amount is half of the total accommodation fee. Your reservation is confirmed, and a confirmation message is sent after making the prepayment. In case of any dispute, you may be asked to present this confirmation message.
- Reservations without prepayment and confirmation email are invalid. The prepayment period is 24 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- If you wish to check out early during your stay, you will be charged for the remaining days. The prepayment made will not be refunded.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. You can make a one-time date change up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, no refund will be given.
- Natural weather conditions such as rain or wind are not accepted as reasons for reservation cancellation. Our facility is suitable for camping and accommodation in all four seasons. The facility reserves the right to cancel erroneous reservations made through the reservation system.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

- Reserving all accommodation units on the premises (6 caravans and 1 tiny house) is considered a group reservation.
- Group discounts are not applicable for single-night stays.
- Group discounts are not applicable for Saturday night stays.
- The maximum bed capacity is 21 persons.
- All units must be reserved for group events. The facility is exclusive to the group, and outside guests are not permitted.
- A cabin with a wireless microphone system is available for music. Guests may play music of their choice until midnight.
- Guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks.
- A deposit fee of 10,000 TL is required for group reservations. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out.
- If barbecue and catering services are requested, they will be provided buffet-style and will be charged accordingly. Guests are free to use barbecue facilities themselves at no extra cost.
